Youth Ministry

Young people are living in a torn apart world these days: On the one hand, they possess everything they could possibly wish for; on the other hand, they lack orientation, a feeling of security, faith. In a church of God, young people should be able to find these things. So the question arises why there are hardly any young people in the church.
50 years ago, it was an absolute given for young people to go to church on Sundays. Nowadays, young people are living in a world in which faith has become largely irrelevant – they are either committed believers in Christ – or no longer part of the church at all. And they will become committed believers in Christ only if the message they get to hear is in some way related to their living environments.
