Hillsong United
At the end of the 1980s Hillsong released his first music albums. Hillsong became famous mainly 
through her first live album The power of Your Love (1992). At the end of the 1990s, Hillsong and the Australian youth movement Youth Alive had joint projects in youth work until Hillsong United started their own CD series. Hillsong United is led by Joel Houston, who is on the road with his band at conferences and tours in many countries. Since 2004, Hillsong Kids has also been a production series for children. Some Hillsong musicians have also released solo albums.
The daughter communities of Hillsong in London and Kiev released their own recordings. In 2004 Hillsong London released their first CD Shout God’s Fame, for which Natasha Bedingfield wrote and sang several songs. In 2006 the second CD entitled Jesus Is was recorded in collaboration with Matt Redman. In October 2008 the third CD was released together with a DVD entitled Hail to the King, produced by Peter Wilson.
Today Hillsong is one of the biggest names in worship music. With Hillsong Worship (formerly Hillsong Live), Hillsong United and Hillsong Young & Free there are currently three internationally known and successful bands.
